1 Eligibility & Registration
BP Exchange is an online gaming and sports betting platform intended strictly for adult users. To register an account and access any part of the platform — whether that's placing a cricket bet during a PSL match, spinning a slot game, playing fish games or claiming a welcome bonus — you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BP Exchange does not permit account creation by anyone under 18, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be voided and any balance will be handled in accordance with our verification process. There are no exceptions to this rule.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on BP Exchange. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or using another person's details — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, BP Exchange reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending transactions and forfeit any bonus balances attached to those accounts.
Accurate Registration Details
When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your name, contact details and any additional information requested during verification. Providing false details during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure. If your personal details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
BP Exchange may request identity documents to verify your age and identity at any point. During this verification period, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the process is complete. This is a standard protection measure, not a penalty.
2 Account Rules
Your BP Exchange account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials, whether or not you authorise that activity. This means keeping your password secure, not sharing your login details with anyone else, and logging out of shared devices after each session.
Account Security
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact BP Exchange support immediately. Delayed reporting of unauthorised access weakens any claim you may have regarding transactions made during that period. BP Exchange cannot be held responsible for losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
Account Suspension and Closure
BP Exchange reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to manipulate games or betting outcomes, using software to gain an unfair advantage, or abusing promotional offers in ways that are not consistent with genuine player activity.
When an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds in the account balance may also be placed on hold until the review is complete. BP Exchange will communicate the outcome of any suspension review through the contact details on file for the account.
If you wish to close your BP Exchange account voluntarily, contact support with your request. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on BP Exchange are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied on the platform side, which means the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming balance, and winnings are paid out in the same PKR amount displayed in your account.
Supported Payment Methods
BP Exchange currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time and the deposit section of the platform will always show the currently active options.
Deposit Processing
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Raast transfers are real-time by design. Bank transfers may take between one and three hours depending on the sending bank. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your BP Exchange balance, it is available for use immediately across all games and betting markets on the platform.
Withdrawal Processing and Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period, particularly where identity or payment verification has not been completed. BP Exchange reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if unusual activity is noted on the account.
Funds that were deposited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific conditions for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
Every deposit, bet, win and withdrawal on BP Exchange is denominated in PKR. There are no hidden conversion fees or exchange rate deductions applied by the platform.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
BP Exchange offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers for new registrations, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions and ongoing offers for VIP members. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are displayed at the point of opt-in. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means a bonus amount must be turned over a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for completing the requirement are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live betting or table games, and this is specified per promotion.
One Bonus at a Time
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you opt into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active, the existing bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to check your current bonus status before opting into a new offer.
Bonus Abuse
BP Exchange monitors bonus activity. If a player is found to be abusing promotional offers — for example, through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings and, in serious cases, close the account.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
BP Exchange operates sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports, alongside a library of slot games and fish shooting games. The rules below apply across all products on the platform.
Bet Acceptance and Settlement
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the stake is deducted from your balance and the bet is locked in. BP Exchange reserves the right to void a bet in cases where the odds were clearly displayed in error, where a technical fault affected the betting market, or where the outcome of an event is called into question by the relevant sporting authority. In these cases, the stake is returned to your balance.
Cricket and PSL Betting
For cricket markets — including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan — settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament authority. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather or decided via Duckworth-Lewis, settlement will follow the official result. Bets on markets that cannot be determined due to an abandonment are typically voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been settled prior to the abandonment.
In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds during in-play betting change rapidly based on match developments. BP Exchange uses a short delay between in-play bet submission and acceptance to prevent exploitation of slow data feeds. Bets placed during this delay window are accepted at the odds available at the time of confirmation, not at the odds visible at the moment of clicking. This is standard practice across the industry.
Slot Games and Fish Games
All slot games and fish shooting games on BP Exchange operate using certified random number generation. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the individual game's information panel. BP Exchange does not modify the RTP of any game. Results in all games are independently generated and no strategy, timing or external factor can influence the outcome of a single game round.

6 Responsible Gaming

Self-Exclusion

8 Liability & Disclaimers

Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.
Technical Faults
In the event that a technical fault affects the display of odds, game outcomes, account balances or transaction records, BP Exchange will investigate and correct the issue. Where a fault has resulted in a clearly incorrect payout or outcome being displayed, we reserve the right to adjust the result to reflect the correct outcome. Players will be notified in cases where a fault materially affects their account.
Limits on Our Liability
BP Exchange is not liable for losses arising from player decisions — including betting decisions, game choices, timing of bets or interpretation of odds. We are also not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or actions taken by third-party payment processors outside of our control. Our liability in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount directly involved in that specific transaction or game round.
No Guarantee of Winnings
Nothing on BP Exchange — including promotional material, odds displays, game information or any communication from support — constitutes a guarantee or promise of winnings. All betting and gaming involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed. Players participate entirely at their own discretion.
9 Changes to These Terms
BP Exchange reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through their account or via the contact details on file.
Continued use of the BP Exchange platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
